Lex has just recently started chewing on his hands and rejecting his binky more. It would appear that these little fists don't get dropped on the floor quite as often as the binky does.

When big sister goes to bed, it is a good chance for Lex to get some alone time on the floor. At least he isn't in danger of getting trampled on by an oblivious sister.

Lorelai generously offered to help Lex open his presents on his first Christmas morning. Lex was the recipient of many fun gifts-- he must have been a very good boy this year!

Lorelai and Lex are getting ready for the upcoming holiday-- together, their eyes are glued to watching Frosty the Snowman.

Tonight, Lex was laying the in u-pillow. He was practically insisting that he sit up-- practically doing sit ups. What a big boy! We sat him in his Bumpo chair and he had a fun time watching his big sister finish her dinner.

While sitting in the Bumpo, Lorelai reassured Mama saying "He's just wobbling and wiggling like this" and shook her tushy.

When Mama thought Lex was getting tired, she took him out of the chair to give him a little break. Lex was so mad, he kept trying to sit up from the laying down position. He loved sitting up and being able to see his big sister, the tv, and all of the room.

Lex is growing up every day. At 3 months old, he is chattering all the time to his family and his favorite octopus. He loves to smile and is a very happy baby.

Lorelai invited Lex to a family room sleepover. Lorelai dragged out the u-pillow and blankets, asking Daddy to put Lex on the floor with her. Now she is reading him stories from her books.

Lex took a stroll across the table today with Uncle Spike at a family birthday party. He is really working on those leg muscles.

And since we were all together and color coordinated, it seemed like a good time to take a family picture. We are still working on coordinating our family smiles!

According to big sister Lorelai, Lex has very stinky feet. And he likes when she smells them.

Lorelai brought out her princesses to play with Lex too. Lex should only be playing with things that are plush right now so Lorelai is just showing him the different princesses she has but is not letting him touch them. It is a unique take on 'sharing'.

Lorelai is getting better at holding Lex "by herself". Lex is getting to be more and more mobile so this may be one of the last chances she has to hold him solo for a while.

Mama put Lex in an adorable outfit with a bow tie to go to Gigi's to have Thanksgiving Part 2 today. Mama was so excited and mentioned a few times that she wanted to get a picture of Lex looking so fancy. Ten minutes after arriving at Gigi's, Lex had a poo-splosion. Diabiacal.
Cuddling later on in the night, Lex giggled when Mama pointed out his deed.
Very sneaky.

Happy birthday, Jacob. Pop pop took some time aside to play with Lex tonight amidst all of the kids running around and playing. The love when we all have a chance to get together.

Lorelai doesn't have to be asked-- she shares her book with Lex knowing that he isn't totally interested in the screen. Lex is more so interested in seeing what big sister is so interested in.

Happy Thanksgiving. Jacob was a little jealous to turn around and find his mom holding the newest Gallagher baby. Good thing Aunt Colleen has some lap to spare for both little boys.

Lex wanted to kiss his big sister back after she gave him a nice, soft kiss on the cheek. Lex's kisses were wet and more open-mouthed which made Lorelai giggle.

Lex and Lorelai had a slumber party at Gigi's house while Mama and Daddy went to a wedding in Reading. Lorelai is helping Lex learn about the joys of slumber parties.

Lorelai is teaching Lex about the ins and out of her old play mat. She is completely attracted to the mat-- she cannot let Lex lay on it without her too.

Lex is 2 months old now. He can sit up with some propping help and really loves his swing. It is hard to believe that time is going so fast.

Lex loves to make faces at Nana and Nana loves to make noises to interest Lex. So Nana says "hi!" and "ahhhooouuuu" and Lex flirts with a smile and a flash of his tongue. A match made in heaven.

Three generations, relaxing. Lex and Daddy relaxed so much, they quickly fell asleep.
