Mama put Lex in an adorable outfit with a bow tie to go to Gigi's to have Thanksgiving Part 2 today. Mama was so excited and mentioned a few times that she wanted to get a picture of Lex looking so fancy. Ten minutes after arriving at Gigi's, Lex had a poo-splosion. Diabiacal.
Cuddling later on in the night, Lex giggled when Mama pointed out his deed.
Very sneaky.

Happy birthday, Jacob. Pop pop took some time aside to play with Lex tonight amidst all of the kids running around and playing. The love when we all have a chance to get together.

Lorelai doesn't have to be asked-- she shares her book with Lex knowing that he isn't totally interested in the screen. Lex is more so interested in seeing what big sister is so interested in.

Happy Thanksgiving. Jacob was a little jealous to turn around and find his mom holding the newest Gallagher baby. Good thing Aunt Colleen has some lap to spare for both little boys.

Lorelai, Mama, and Lex were sharing blankies tonight after dinner. It seemed like the perfect time for a snuggle.

Lex wanted to kiss his big sister back after she gave him a nice, soft kiss on the cheek. Lex's kisses were wet and more open-mouthed which made Lorelai giggle.

Lex and Lorelai had a slumber party at Gigi's house while Mama and Daddy went to a wedding in Reading. Lorelai is helping Lex learn about the joys of slumber parties.

With Gigi's encouragement, Lorelai is reading the Mickey story to Lex. Her picture interpretation is outstanding.

Lorelai is teaching Lex about the ins and out of her old play mat. She is completely attracted to the mat-- she cannot let Lex lay on it without her too.

Lex continues to grow every day. He loves to look at people's faces, smiling and sticking out his tongue. Even at just 2 months, he loves to play and flirt. Lock up your daughters, daddies!

Lex is 2 months old now. He can sit up with some propping help and really loves his swing. It is hard to believe that time is going so fast.

Lex loves to make faces at Nana and Nana loves to make noises to interest Lex. So Nana says "hi!" and "ahhhooouuuu" and Lex flirts with a smile and a flash of his tongue. A match made in heaven.

Three generations, relaxing. Lex and Daddy relaxed so much, they quickly fell asleep.

When it is time for bed, Lex usually wears a sleeping bag or footie pajamas. By the morning, that bag will be back up around his armpits. Lex moves around alot in his sleep... just like his Daddy.

Lorelai calls Lex a "Wobblehead" when his head moves around a little erratically while he is learning to control it. She then will wobble her head like Lex and say they are both Wobbleheads. Best friends would both be Wobbleheads together.

We went to dinner tonight the Grandboop. Lex was passed around the table so all of the family could snuggle him. He is a terrific snuggler.

Lex sometimes has the most serious expressions. Hard to believe that 80% of the time (when he is not sleeping), he is giggling.

Lex spent a good deal of the day grumpy. His stern-faced big sister couldn't even seem to pull him out of it. ("Be happy now, Lex! Why isn't he happy? He needs a binky!") Finally at the end of the night, Daddy got him settled down and happy again.

Daddy went out to a Halloween party so Mama but Lex and Lorelai to bed by herself tonight. We brushed teeth, washed faces, read If You Give A Pig A Pancake, sang songs, gave kisses, and went to bed. Lorelai especially loved having Lex in bed with her for the bedtime routine. Usually Lex and Mama sit at the end of the bed and Daddy snuggles next to Lorelai.
